DESCRIPTION:We are so excited to be participating in downtown Hudson's First Friday Art Crawl! Every first Friday of the month we will be open late to host local artists and/or art activities as a part of the Hudson Art Crawl. Plan a night to go out to art openings at galleries\, artist Q&As at local coffee shops\, and more! \n\nThis month we are joined by artist and writer Steven Lang\, from St. Paul! His debut novel\, The Art of Falling Apart\, was published in 2026 by Flexible Press. His short stories are included in the anthologies Fiction on a Stick\, published by Milkweed Editions\, The Art of Wonder\, published by the University of Minnesota Press\, and in various literary journals such as Prime Number Magazine\, Stonecoast Review\, Cutbank\, Catamaran Literary Reader\, and Chestnut Review. His photography has been featured in Romka Magazine\, Into the Void\, Midwestern Gothic\, Der Greif\, Minnesota Monthly\, and other print and online publications. He is the recipient of Loft Mentor Award from the Loft Literary Center\, a Next Step Fund award from the Metropolitan Regional Arts Council\, and a Minnesota State Arts Board Artist Initiative Grant. He currently lives in Lauderdale\, Minnesota. You can check out his work here.
