Mike is from England originally\, and has degrees in both Media Communication and Theatre Studies\, as well as a BSC in Accounting and an MBA. He is the owner of multiple Erbert & Gerbert's\, with locations in Hudson\, Menomonie\, Lake Hallie and Eau Claire\, WI. He enjoys stand-up comedy\, reading mysteries and thrillers\, movies and TV\, eating sandwiches from one very specific chain and anything (he says) one could describe as ?nerdy?. Mike and his wife\, Erin\, have four children\, Montana (27)\, Dylan (20)\, Jackson (12) and Carter (9). They also have two cats\, Magic and Lucy. Mike says his primary goal in life is to make people?s lives better - whether that be from donating to a GoFundMe for a worthy cause\, to being engaged and understanding with an overworked server at a restaurant. He believes the world can become a better place very quickly through cooperation\, understanding and empathy. In the past\, he lived this goal by developing\, coaching and guiding his team at various workplaces to personal success - and supporting those who need help.
