We're hiring for a full time support staff position at our Hudson office location. This is a full time position with benefits, including medical and 401k plan with a match. This person will work directly with me and others on our team daily in an active, fun, and busy office atmosphere. We can be flexible with what hours you work each day. Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of client meetings on topics related to our investment portfolios

Create brokerage applications

Backup support for making trades

Monitoring emails & complete in-house transaction requests

  • Forwarding actions items to appropriate team members
  • Place transactions with accuracy (such as Trades & Money Movement)
  • Verify and respond to action items and provide status updates
  • Monitor all requests to completion

Various Brokerage reports

  • Money Line 2%
  • Ad-hoc

Run Portfolio Snapshots

  • Must be run at the beginning of the month and monitor stock to replenish

Update Morning Star & MAS Models

Assist with Meeting Prep (as needed)

 

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS Degree
  • FINRA series 7 & 63 or 66 licenses – PREFERRED
  • 3-5 years of experience in a client facing customer service or sales role
  • Investment portfolio management experience
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office, CRM, Databases, etc.)
