Description
The long-term workforce shortage in Hudson and how we can help address it
Family Friendly Workplaces (FFW) Executive Director Neil Kline will be speaking about our regions long-term workforce shortage, and how employers and communities can help address it. With a focus on demographics, Neil will take this significant issue and explain how employers can become involved.
Neil became the full-time Executive Director of FFW in 2022, after part-time support since 2020. Under his leadership, FFW's employer certification program grew, and state grant funding was secured for talent attraction efforts. A Polk County native and UW-Madison graduate, Neil previously worked in banking and Wisconsin state government.
Coffee and treats available.
