Leadership Martial Arts academy in Hudson is hosting a Women's Self Defense class on Wednesday, August 5th from 6:00-7:30pm. This class is ideal for all women that desire more confidence and the ability to defend themselves if such a need should arise. The class is open to all women ages 13 years and older, no previous martial arts experience is required.
