Hudco To Go is a locally owned, chef driven deli featuring house made products and local market items. Hudco To Go provides quick, quality meal options to the St. Croix Valley. From sandwiches to deli salads, soups to desserts, our menu features a variety of options to suit every taste. Whether you're looking for a quick lunch, a grab-and-go dinner, or a tasty treat, we've got you covered! Our $5 signature sandwiches, served hot or cold, are made with whole pulled meats, roasted in-house. Includes one meat, a slice of cheese and add your own toppings bar. Meat options: Sliced Pit Ham, Slow Cooked Shredded Beef, Baked Pulled Chicken, Roasted Turkey, Slow Roasted Pulled Pork. Featuring Chef Ben's renowned pot pies and bread pudding. We offer a variety of Take & Bake Meals, available in single serve size, Medium serves 4 or Family serves 6. (Meal selections rotate every 2 weeks) Gluten-Free, Vegetarian & Vegan options available!
