Description
The Nonprofit Collective
Connection • Collaboration • Capacity Building
Running a nonprofit can feel isolating.
You’re leading with heart, juggling limited resources, and carrying a mission that matters — often without a built-in peer community.
The Nonprofit Collective is an intentionally curated collaboration day for nonprofit leaders, directors, founders, and mission-driven professionals who want space to connect, share insight, and strengthen the work they’re doing in the community.
This half-day experience is designed to bring nonprofit professionals together in a refined, welcoming environment where real conversations happen — about leadership, sustainability, funding, burnout, growth, and impact.
No panels. No pitches.
Just meaningful connection with people who get it.
What to Expect:
- Open coworking time to settle in, work, and connect organically
- A guided collaboration conversation focused on shared challenges and collective problem-solving
- Curated connection time to build relationships, exchange resources, and learn from peers
This is a space to step out of reactive mode and into community — to leave feeling supported, grounded, and re-energized in your mission.
Who This Is For:
- Executive Directors & nonprofit leaders
- Program managers & coordinators
- Board members & founders
- Development, fundraising, and operations professionals
- Anyone doing mission-driven work who values collaboration over competition
