From Initial Investigation to the End of the Relationship
Join attorneys Keith Marnholtz and Mike Dixon as they discuss the stages of the franchise relationship. Like any business, franchises have a life cycle. While every franchise and relationships with franchisors are different, most operations will go through similar stages from initial contact, growth, maturity, renewal or exit of the franchise. Our attorneys will cover the legal aspects of these relationships as well as business and real estate considerations that can arise before, during, or at the end of a franchise relationship.
