Description
At Discover Strength, we work with people who don’t want to waste time on workouts that don’t deliver results. Our expert trainers provide personalized 30-minute sessions twice a week, tailored to your goals and any personal injuries, helping you look and feel your best in a fraction of the time.
We’re excited to now offer free workouts at Belle Âme on the first Wednesday of every month, starting February 4th from 7–8 PM. Join us for a workout and enjoy a glass of wine afterward! During colder months, sessions will be held indoors, and in warmer months, we’ll move outdoors under a pavilion.
This is a fun, inclusive event for all ages—bring friends and family to work out, relax, and enjoy a drink. If you have any questions, I’d love to connect!
