The 4th Annual Final Affairs Conference is a day-long educational opportunity to help community members consider options, ask questions and explore issues regarding personal and legal decisions as they age.
Presentations include:
An elder law attorney talks about trusts.
A physician talks about the importance of talking to loved ones and their health care providers about their desires and wishes for health care and offer advice on Advance Care Planning.
A funeral director presents on Remembrance Services as well as Pre- Arranging Plans. Personal belongings often have special meaning for individuals and family members, passing on such items can lead to family conflict. Useful tips can help minimize these challenges.
Receive information about care options to ensure living life to the fullest.
