Chocolate truffles get even better when you make them with flavored balsamic vinegars! Learn how to create beautiful truffles that are sure to WOW your tastebuds!
Diana will help you temper your chocolate, pour it into cute little molds, add balsamic vinegar and chocolate fillings. This class is part demonstration as well as participation.
Some of the balsamic vinegars used in this class: Caramel, Blackberry, Cherry, Espresso and Cherry
