Come kick off the Holiday Season with Santa and the Hudson businesses as we light up the night!  With a wave of his hand, Santa turns the dark of night into the festive glow of the holiday lights. 

Santa arrives with Elves in town, music in the air, candy canes and much more.  Businesses will have children's activities, face painting, crafts, treats and holiday sales.  A sparkling evening in Downtown Hudson for kids of all ages.

Celebrate the Holidays is made possible by the Hudson Area Home and Garden Club and the City of Hudson and the generous donations of area businesses and organizations.

Come kick off the Holiday Season and welcome Santa to town at Hudson’s annual Light Up Night. Santa
Claus arrives in town aboard the Hudson Fire Department’s vintage 1935 engine and with the wave of his
hand he’ll officially turn on the downtown holiday lights giving the town a festive glow. Santa will then talk
with every child who wants his ear this special time of year.
 
Santa will arrive in town between Walnut St. and Locust St. at 7:00pm.
 
Prior to Santa’s arrival, from 5:00pm - 6:45pm, children can enjoy free activities along with complimentary
hot chocolate and candy canes in the hallway of the 512 2nd Street building. This year kids will be
making ornaments, preparing magic reindeer food, face painting, & more. Kids can also meet the
Hudson Ambassadors and Pepper Fest Royalty.
