Scandinavian Food Fest

All are invited to this highly anticipated annual event! Come for lunch, see demonstrations and visit the Bake Shop.  

You have the opportunity to taste items such as lefse, sandbakkels, rosettes, rullepolse, rommegrot, kringle, aebleskivers, and open-faced sandwiches.

You can learn how to make these items while helping prepare foods for the Food Fest.  Learn all about the equipment and ingredients as you learn about the Scandinavian heritage.
