Sales and Marketing Associate

Regal Auto Wash and Detail has been serving the Hudson community since 2007 but has recently under gone an ownership change. In addition to our gas station and convenience store, we offer a vast range of car wash and detailing services in our area to meet our customer's specific vehicle needs. The new ownership team is looking to revitalize its marketing approach and engagement with the community.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sales and Marketing Associate to join our team. As a key member of the business, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, promoting our services, and enhancing customer engagement. This position is ideal for a college student looking to gain practical experience while earning a competitive wage. We are wiling to work with your college to determine if this position could serve as internship experience that is required for graduation.

Responsibilities:

1. Local Outreach and Sales:
   • Engage with local businesses, residents, and community groups to promote our car wash and gas station services.
   • Develop and maintain relationships with potential customers through phone calls, emails, and in-person visits.
   • Identify opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations within the community.
2. Marketing Materials Creation:
   • Design and create marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and social media posts using existing brand tools.
   • Coordinate with management to ensure consistent branding across all materials.
3. Sales Performance:
   • Meet or exceed sales targets by actively promoting our services to customers. 
   • Provide exceptional customer service and address inquires related to car wash packages, fuel options, and convenience store items.
   • Track sales metrics and report progress to management.
4. Commission-Based Sales:
   • In addition to the base hourly wage, earn commissions based on successful sales transactions. 
   • Encourage upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue.
   • Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and supportive team environment. 

Qualifications:

• Education: currently enrolled in a post-secondary education program (preferred).
• Experience: prior sales, marketing, or customer service experience is advantageous. 
• Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Proficient with social media platforms.
• Compensation:
  • Hourly wage: approximately $14 - 25 per hour (including commissions).
  • Commissions: earn additional compensation based on successful sales.
