211 Community Resource Specialist

United Way St. Croix and Red Cedar Valleys is seeking a dedicated 211 Community Resource Specialist to support our 211 program. This role helps connect individuals and professionals to local resources through calls, chats, texts, and emails. The position plays an important part in helping families access the services they need.

The 211 Community Resource Specialist works with a statewide network of call centers to provide accurate referrals and timely support. The position also assists with data entry, follow up, quality assurance, and community outreach.

Ideal candidates bring:
• Experience in human services or customer service
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to helping people find resources
• Comfort with database systems and accurate data entry
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
