Maddison Mitchell brings eight years of experience in the exteriors industry, with expertise in roofing, siding, gutters and insurance-based restoration. She is especially skilled at simplifying complicated processes, advocating for homeowners and keeping projects organized from start to finish.

Her combination of field knowledge, administrative experience and client support makes her a versatile construction specialist and dependable problem-solver. Maddison is known for staying calm under pressure, finding creative solutions and communicating with honesty and clarity.

Outside of work, she enjoys country life with her husband and daughter, creating art and design projects, cooking hearty meals, and working on, customizing and riding her Harley.

John Randall brings decades of hands-on experience and leadership to the team, along with an outgoing personality and a great sense of humor that makes him a pleasure to work with. Known for his strong work ethic and dedication, John began his construction career in 1993, learning the fundamentals of framing on garages and sheds. He went on to gain experience in the asphalt driveway industry and later expanded his skills through carpentry work that included remodeling projects, decks, additions, as well as roofing and siding.

John also spent four years as the General Manager of a hardwood flooring business before owning and operating his own flooring company for six years. Complementing his construction background, he brings 12 years of restaurant management experience, giving him exceptional people skills, organization, and leadership that benefit both clients and teammates alike.

Craig grew up in White Bear Lake, Minnesota, and earned a bachelor’s degree in Business and Operations Management from the University of St. Thomas. He later studied Architectural Drafting, Design and Estimating at Dunwoody College of Technology. After working for a custom builder in Stillwater, Craig founded Tice Construction Inc. in 1991, specializing in vacation homes throughout northwestern Wisconsin. He later acquired and grew Tice Homes, focused on custom homes and remodeling in the St. Croix Valley, and J.G. Hause Construction, serving the Twin Cities metro with residential, commercial and multi-unit exterior services. In 2002, Craig received Remodeling Magazine’s Big50 Award, recognizing Tice as one of the nation’s best-run remodeling companies. He has also served several industry organizations, including NAHB, NARI and the Wisconsin Builders Association. Outside of work, Craig enjoys sailing on Lake Superior with family and friends.
